In December 2012, JEMB Realty purchased a 30,000 square-foot, one-story freestanding building located on highly-trafficked Route 10, a popular retail corridor in East Hanover, New Jersey. At the time, the site was occupied by a single tenant. JEMB is responsible for repositioning the property and creating a multi-tenanted retail destination with Party City, Jersey Mike’s Subs and Verizon Wireless as anchor tenants, and a generous parking facility to accommodate shoppers. JEMB sold the building in December 2014.
